Period house located in one of the ancient streets of the picturesque village called Bomba, in the province of Chieti.

The house has a total area of 70 sq m and devolopped on four floors.

The main entrance leads to the living area where there is a small kitchen with an ancient stone sink, a fireplace and a small room.

The internal stairs down to the cellar, which has a second entrance through a wooden door leading onto the square below.

Other stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a window and a small balcony and a bathroom.

On the balcony there is a bathroom outside.

Both from the back of the ground floor which has a large gate of the square, there is direct access to the garden of about 100 sq m, where there is a small building for equipment of approximately 10 sq m.

From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The SERVICES available are water, electricity and gas.

The property is faced southwest.
