In the beautiful village of Civitacampomarano, a few steps from the suggestive Castle, in the oldest hamlet of the village, we offer a house to renovate with a terrace on two levels for a total of about 120 square meters in total.

On the GROUND FLOOR we find the kitchen with access to the terrace and the living room.

From the terrace you then access through another door to a second portion of the house where we find a bathroom with tub and three bedrooms.

Returning to the part where the kitchen is, the stairs lead to the lower floor with a room with an antique floor, a room with a fireplace and access to two cellars.

The house needs some renovation work (including the waterproofing of the terrace), it enjoys a panoramic view of the hills.

The water, electricity and gas SERVICES need to be reconnected.

CIVITACAMPOMARANO is a nice medieval village of 341 inhabitants, located halfway between Termoli and Campobasso, with an imposing Castle that dominates the entire village. But Civitacampomarano is famous also for the editions of the CVTà Street Fest that have left on the walls of the village the works of all the artists who have embraced the project of enhancement and rediscovery of Civitacampomarano; people of the village invited artists from around the world to participate in this annual street art festival. People here are so welcoming and basic services are present as food and grocery shop, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, butcher, a bakery famous for a special sweet typical of the area called “ciell”.
