Town house to be modernized for sale in Bagnoli del Trigno, known as the pearl of Molise.

The house was inhabited until 2005 and the ROOF was redone in 2002.

The house has a kitchen with fireplace, bathroom to renovate with access to the upstairs room, double bedroom and woodshed.

There is also a cellar with separate access.

The water and electricity SERVICES are to be reconnected during the renovation works.

BAGNOLI DEL TRIGNO is a town in Molise in the province of Isernia, one of the most unspoilt regions in Italy. It is located on a hill at 660 mt above the sea level in the lower part and 783 mt in the highest; the two altitudes of the town leading to its “split” into two distinct areas: “Earth below” and ” Earth above.” These names remins the magic of this town called the Pearl of Molise, and in fact it looks like a jewel carved into the rock. The thirteenth-century church of San Silvestro is located between two rocks with its beautiful onion-shaped bell tower in polychrome majolica. The whole town is dominated by the "Sanfelice Castle" which stands in the highest part of the town on a large limestone boulder. During the Christmas period, as in Agnone, the procession of the "ndocce" takes place, which are then extinguished with the new wine tapped from the barrel so that it is a good omen for the harvests. The town has all the amenities including a bank.
