In the beautiful village of Civitacampomarano, a few steps from the suggestive Castle, in the oldest hamlet of the village, we offer a house to renovate on two levels for a total of about 100 square meters in total including the cellars.

On the FIRST FLOOR there is a kitchen with fireplace, living room, double bedroom, bathroom with tub.

From the bedroom a flight of stairs leads to the cellar with sink and fireplace and second access.

Also there is a separate cellar.

The house is made of stone and needs some renovation work, it enjoys a panoramic view of the hills.

The water, electricity, gas and heating SERVICES are to be reconnected.

CIVITACAMPOMARANO is a town in the Province of Campobasso in Molise populated by less than 400 people. The village is a 3.5-hour drive away from Rome, 45 km from Termoli and the beach and 64 km from the ski resort of Capracotta. For the past two years, the “CVTà Street Fest” has been taking place in the village and many graffiti has been made on old doors and walls, as required by the local people. Internationally renowned artists worked on this project and the festival attracts thousands of visitors to the village. But in the village there is other to see: the Angevine Castle, the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, with a late-Gothic portal, the Church of San Giorgio Martire.
